To you, not a techie(programmer) , about to hire me write you an application/software.
A software or an application is like a plant that grows and blossom with time only when provided with the right ingredients or nutrients.You are wrong if you think it’s done and there is no more coding or development going on.
You can only be done with a feature or a bug or an enhancement of a certain module. A feature is a characteristic or new behavior that you want to implement on your software. A bug is a problem/loop hole that you/your developer encounters along the way.But overall if you wise ,you never let them stop.
Just like the aging of the wine is potentially able to improve the quality of the wine, your software / application is supposed improve as it get old .That can only happen when you have a team that is constantly reviewing it and constantly programming it to be better.
Never get tired of testing it and never get angry or get tired about it, as developer love working on bugs,new features. I mean at the end of the day that’s how we’ll make it near perfect! You break it,you repair it ,you make it perfect.
